All personnel Police Officers, Police Non-Commissioned Officers, Non-Uniformed Personnel attends the traditional Monday Flag Raising and Awarding Ceremony led by Regional Director PDir Carmelo E Valmoria. And sometimes led by the DRDA, DRDO or RCDS if RD is not present.
During the flag raising ceremony, the program starts with the arrival of honors.
